The Miami Hurricanes football program was named in the top eight for five-star running back Nathan Frazier. David Lake of Inside the U wrote close to half of the 2023 Miami playing rotation will be new in 2023. Lake’s colleague Christopher Stock wrote about the six Miami players and four signees who were drafted.

Alabama, Georgia, Oregon, Texas A&M, Auburn, Nebraska, and Tennessee were the other programs named by Frazier as a finalist with Miami. In what seems like a fairly wide-open recruitment, Oregon leads for a commitment from Frazier with a 29.7 chance.  Alabama is second for a Frazier commitment at 25.9 percent.

Lake projects 10 new players in the Miami offensive rotation and 12 on defense. The Miami Hurricanes signed 26 players in their 2023 class and added 16 transfers. Lake went through the newcomers and returnees he projects in the 2023 Miami rotation. Several of the newcomers are projected to make major impacts.

Yohandy Morales, Alejandro Rosario and Andrew Walters, CJ Kayfus and Zach Levenson and Dominic Pitelli were the recent Miami players who were selected in the 2023 Major League Baseball Draft. Signees Daniel Cuvet, Adrian Santana, TayShaun Walton and Wooyeoul Shin were also drafted.

Cristobal has a rating of one.

After a night off, Miami basketball alums Jordan Miller and Isaiah Wong resume action in the NBA Summer League on Wednesday. Miller and the Los Angeles Clippers play at 3:30 PM ET versus the Memphis Grizzlies. Wong and the Indiana Pacers play versus the Oklahoma City Thunder at 7:30 ET.
