Parks is listed at 6-foot-2 and 305 pounds, and is a defensive tackle in the 2027 class.

On3/Rivals ranks him as the No. 167 player nationally, No. 20 on the defensive line and No. 8 in Illinois. On 247Sports, Parks is rated a 90 and shows up with a national rank of 128, DL rank of 12 and Illinois rank of 7. ESPN has him in its ESPN Jr 300 at No. 264 overall, with a scout grade of 80.
In 2025 season, Parks logged 44 total tackles and 2.0 sacks across 13 games.
Parks has been active on the visit trail. Parks has taken unofficial trips to Oregon (Jan. 24, 2026), LSU (Oct. 25, 2025), Notre Dame (June 13, 2025 and Sept. 13, 2025) and Ohio State (Aug. 30, 2025). On3's prediction model leans heavily toward Notre Dame right now.
