Nationally, Charles has been hovering in that top-200 range across services for a while. Now, he's a top-20 edge prospect across the Rivals Industry Rankings, 247Sports and ESPN.

Miami's 2026 football recruiting class
The Hurricanes signed 30 high school prospects and rank in the national top 10 on major boards, including No. 11 in the 247Sports composite team rankings and No. 9 in On3's industry comparison, first in the ACC.
Miami's 2027 recruiting class will most likely be another step in the right direction for the program. After a CFP run that saw the Canes come just seven points away from winning the national championship, Miami will be able to sell their message to any recruit in the nation.
