Carson Beck remained 18th in the final 2025 CBS Sports "College Football QB Power Rankings" posted by David Cobb on Wednesday. Beck has been exceptional as Miami was dominant during a four-game winning streak to end the regular season.

Beck finished the 2025 regular season second nationally and first in the ACC completing 74.7 percent of his passes to set a single-season Miami record, for 3,072 yards, 25 touchdowns, 10 interceptions and a 165.79 passer rating.
In wins over Syracuse, North Carolina State at Virginia Tech and Pittsburgh to finish the season, Beck completed 79.5 percent of his pass attempts for 1,125 yards, 11 TDs and one interception with one reception for 14 yards and a TD.
Beck finished second among ACC QBs in the CBS Sports Power Rankings. Haynes King, the ACC Offensive Player of the Year and First-Team All-Conference QB, was the only signal caller in the league ranked ahead of Back by Cobb.

Beck continued a strong finish to his regular season by throwing three touchdown passes in Miami's rout of Pitt. The Georgia transfer navigated some rocky stretches over the course of a 10-2 campaign, but he started and ended on high notes. Last week: 18"
Beck has played cleanly for most of the 2025 season. Six of Beck's 10 interceptions came in the Miami losses to Louisville and at SMU. In Miami wins Beck has completed 76.0 percent of his pass attempts for 2,527 yards, 23 touchdowns and four interceptions.
Beck had five games in 2025 with at least three TD passes. In those five games, Beck threw only three interceptions. In eight of the 12 2025 Miami regular-season games, Beck threw at least two TDs. The interceptions thrown by Beck came in five games, with Miami winning three times.
Beck led a Miami offense that was 21st nationally, averaging 34.1 points per game, 30th posting 425.8 yards per game and 20th with 275.8 passing YPG. Even with the four interceptions Beck threw against Louisville, Miami was in a position to win every game it played in 2025 with Beck at QB.
