Former four-year Miami Hurricanes starting offensive lineman Jon Feliciano announced his retirement after 10 seasons in the NFL. Feliciano played for the Oakland Raiders from 2015–2018, the Buffalo Bills from 2019–2021, the New York Giants in 2022 and the San Francisco 49ers in 2023 and 2024.
Feliciano signed with Miami in the 2010 class as the 729th-ranked prospect, 54th offensive tackle and 99th player in Florida. After redshirting as a true freshman, Feliciano played in 10 games with eight starts in 2011 without allowing a sack. Feliciano returned from a midseason injury to start two of the final three 2011 games,
Feliciano started all 12 games at left guard as a sophomore and earned All-ACC honorable mention. As a junior, Feliciano had 11 starts at left guard and two at right tackle, playing in all 13 games and earning honorable mention All-ACC for the second consecutive season.
Feliciano was a valuable player for Miami as a senior in 2014 with starts at left and right tackle and right guard. The 44 starts by Feliciano rank among the most in Miami history. Feliciano signed with Miami after attending a spring practice for the Hurricanes and handing him his highlight tape.

Feliciano played in 48 games in four seasons with eight starts in Oakland. As a rookie, Feliciano played six games with three starts in 2015. The Buffalo Bills signed Feliciano to a two-year, $8 million contract in March 2019. Feliciano played in 34 games over three seasons in Buffalo with 30 starts. Injuries limited Feliciano in Buffalo.
The Bills released Feliciano in March 2022 and he signed a one-year contract a week later with the New York Giants. Feliciano started in all 15 games he played with the Giants in his one season there in 2022. In March 2023, Feliciano signed a one-year contract with the San Francisco 49ers.
Feliciano played in 16 games with seven starts in 2023 for San Francisco. Feliciano also started in Super Bowl LVIII, which San Francisco lost to the Kansas City Chiefs 25–22 in overtime. Super Bowl LVIII was the last game Feliciano would play, as he was placed on injured reserve in August 2024.

Feliciano finished his NFL career playing in 113 games with 61 starts over nine seasons on active rosters. In his retirement announcement on social media, Feliciano stated he started playing football "with the sole purpose of playing for the greatest football team in the world-The U."
Feliciano continued, "All I cared about was becoming a Cane." In his final mention of Miami, Feliciano mentioned former Miami All-ACC offensive lineman Brandon Linder serving as a mentor and helping him find his way after feeling lost as a redshirt freshman.
