Shortstop Eric Decker is the player to watch for Virginia. Decker is second on Virginia with a .355 batting average and leads the Cavaliers in six different offensive categories that include 47 runs scored, 41 runs batted in and a .610 slugging percentage.
Daniel Cuvet has been nearly unstoppable for Miami recently. During a six-game hitting streak, Cuvet is batting .622 with four home runs and 18 RBIs. Cuvet now leads the ACC with 65 RBIs and is in the top 10 in the conference in four other offensive categories.

Griffin Hugus will pitch for Miami against Jay Woolfork on Friday. Miami will start A.J. Ciscar versus Bradley Hodges for Virginia on Saturday. Tate DeRias for Miami will match up against Tomas Valincius for Virginia in the series finale on Sunday. Miami's season turned around when Hugus, Ciscar and DeRias became the weekend rotation.
