Edge rushers Rueben Bain and Akheem Mesidor are the highest graded players for Miami. Bain has a 92.7 overall PFF grade and Mesidor is at 92.1. Bain and Mesidor are two of the five highest graded edge rushers nationally per PFF.
Wide receiver Malachi Toney is third on Miami with a 90.3 overall PFF grade. Toney is third nationally with a 90.5 receiving grade that is largely influenced by not having any drops in 106 targets. Toney is also first nationally with 623 yards after the catch.
Cornerback Keionte Scott, who missed the final two regular-season games with an injury, is tied with Toney for third on Miami with a 90.3 PFF grade. Scott's 90.3 PFF defensive grade is fourth nationally among CBs with 100 or more snaps per Adam Lichenstein of the Sun Sentinel.

Two Veteran Hurricanes and an first-year transfer
Per Adam Rittenberg of ESPN, Mauigoa has the third-highest PFF pass blocking grade nationally at 88.8. Mauigoa has an 85.7 overall PFF grade. Mauigoa will be critical against a Texas A&M defensive line second nationally, averaging 8.67 tackles for loss per game and tied for first with Oklahoma, posting 3.42 sacks per contest.
Safety Jakobe Thomas is sixth on Miami with an 85.0 overall PFF grade. Thomas has been one of the best all-around players for Miami this season with 49 tackles, 3.5 TFLs, 3.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumbled recoveries, four interceptions, eight passes defended and four pass breakups.
Fletcher is the seventh-ranked player on Miami with an 82.7 PFF grade. Fletcher leads Miami with 141 carries, 685 yards, and 10 rushing TDs in 2025. True freshman Girard Pringle junior has formed a good thunder and lightning backfield with CharMar Brown and Fletcher.
Wide receivers Mario Craver and KC Concepcion and safety Marcus Ratliffe received the highest PFF grades on Texas A&M. Craver has an 82.2 overall grade and Concepcion and Ratliffe are at 82.1. Scott against Concepcion and potentially Ratliffe against Toney could be matchups to watch on Saturday.
