Three former Miami Hurricanes are on the New England Patriots' and Seattle Seahawks' rosters ahead of Super Bowl LX at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Patriots and Seahawks are set to meet Feb. 8 in a matchup that is also a rematch of their Super Bowl meeting from the 2014 season.

The Seahawks earned the NFC's Super Bowl spot with a 31-27 win over the Los Angeles Rams. Seattle's Miami representation comes via one rookie: Tight end Elijah Arroyo. The Patriots earned the AFC's Super Bowl spot with a 10-7 win over the Denver Broncos. New England's Miami representation comes via two players: Kicker Andy Borregales and defensive tackle Leonard Taylor III.

Andy Borregales, Patriots (K)

Borregales already had his nerves tested in the AFC title game conditions, including a 63-yard attempt before halftime and a miss from 46 yards in the Patriots' 10-7 win over Denver.

Borregales was a sixth-round pick (No. 182) in the 2025 draft, and he handled kicking duties as a first-year pro, posting an 84.4% field-goal rate with a long of 59, plus 134 points in the regular season.

Leonard Taylor III, Patriots (DT)

Taylor was elevated from the practice squad for the AFC Championship Game and got his fingertips on what would have been a game-tying field goal attempt late, helping preserve the Patriots' three-point lead.

Taylor entered the league as an undrafted rookie free agent with the Jets in 2024, and New York released him on Oct. 14, 2025 before he landed with the Patriots' practice squad two days later.

Elijah Arroyo, Seahawks (TE)

The Seahawks used the No. 50 pick in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft to take Arroyo. As a rookie, he played 13 gamesand finished the regular season with 15 catches for 179 yards and one touchdown. He also dealt with a late-season knee issue that sidelined him down the stretch before Seattle activated him during its playoff run.

Former Miami Hurricanes RB Damien Martinez is not on Seattle anymore as he was released from the practice squad in September 2025. He was selected in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft and after Seattle released him, Martinez ended up signing a practice squad contract with the Green Bay Packers. On Jan. 12, he signed a reserve/futures contract with Green Bay.
