Miami scores touchdown on opening drive for 3rd consecutive game

Miami went 56 yards in seven plays over 3:31 that was culminated by a two-yard CharMar Brown touchdown to take a 7-0 lead over Florida after its first drive. The Hurricanes scored a TD on the opening drive for the third consecutive game.

Miami scored TDs on the opening drive in a 45-3 win over Bethune-Cookman in week two and 49-12 victory over South Florida in week three. The Hurricanes have scored 14 points in the first quarter in each of the past two games.
