5-Star WR Jaime Ffrench sets Miami football official visit
Five-star wide receiver Jaime Ffrench has set official visits for June that include the Miami football program.
Five-star 2025 wide receiver Jaime Ffrench will visit the Miami football the weekend of June 7 per 247Sports. Ffench will also visit LSU the weekend of May 31, Tennessee the weekend of June 14 and Texas the weekend of June 21. Ohio State is the leader for a commitment from Ffrehch per 247Sports and On3.
Three 247Sports analysts have logged crystal balls in favor of Ohio State for Ffrench. Ohio State has a 61.1 percent chance for a commitment from Ffench, per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Miami received a visit from Ffrench for Junior Day in January 2023.
Ffrench is the 18th-ranked 2025 prospect, the third WR and the third player in Florida out of Jacksonville Mandarin. Four-star 2025 prospect Waden Charles is the only WR currently in the Miami class. Miami has seven players committed for 2025. Linebacker Elijah Melendez is the only 2025 Miami commit on defense.
Ffench has improved with each high school season. Ffrench had 62 receptions for 1,247 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior in 2023. At 6'1 and 185 pounds, Ffrench has good height for a WR, plays basketball and runs track. Some of the accolades for Ffrench include being named 'Alpha Dog' at the January 247Sports National Combine.

Ohio State will be difficult to beat for Ffrench. The Buckeyes have three elite WRs on their roster from Florida. That includes 2023 five-star signee Brandon Iniss from Hollywood American Heritage and 2024 five-star signee Jeremiah Smith from Chaminade Madonna.

Smith is the former teammate of four-star 2024 Miami signee Joshisa Trader. Ffrench is one of four WRs out of the 43 Miami offered, listed as warm, or strongly considering the Hurricanes per the 247Sports database. Charles is included in the 43 WRs offered. As a 2025 Miami commit, Charles is not included in the four WRs warm on Miami.
