11/30: Miami @ Syracuse

The Hurricanes' final game of the regular season comes in Syracuse in a matchup of perhaps the ACC's two best quarterbacks in Cam Ward and Ohio State transfer Kyle McCord.

Syracuse has a 2-1 record, with wins over Ohio and Georgia Tech, but a loss to Stanford. The offense looks great with McCord at the helm and LeQuint Allen, Trebor Pena, and Oronde Gadsden II as the main weapons, but the defense isn't much of a threat.

This should be yet another game in which the Miami offense is simply too good for their opponent to stop. You never know with away games, but the Hurricanes should be able to leave Syracuse with a win. ESPN currently has them with an 88.8 percent chance to win.

Verdict

ESPN's FPI has Miami favored in every single ACC game they play this year. The toughest matchup will be on the road against Louisville, but the Hurricanes have at least a 75 percent chance of winning in every other game they play.

So, can Miami go 12-0? Absolutely. It's a tall task but this team has shown they have what it takes. Unlike the Miami teams in recent years where they allowed programs such as Louisiana Tech, Middle Tennessee State, and FIU to not only compete with them but win, the 2024 Hurricanes have proven that they can take care of business properly and effortlessly.

Miami might drop a game they're not supposed to, as all teams do, but all the signs point to them taking care of their ACC opponents this year.
