Sagapolu played in only nine games in two years with Miami. The only game Sagapolu started was a 20-14 win at Virginia Tech in 2022. Miami had an elite OL in 2023. With Anez Cooper, Francis Mauigoa and Jalen Rivers returning starters on the OL, there was no realistic path for Sagapolu to receive significant snaps in 2024.

Brown leaves Miami after playing nine games in two seasons. Brown leaves Miami after being the fourth QB to enter the spring game. Cam Ward, Reese Poffenbarger and Emory Williams all received snaps before Brown. Miami also has 2024 signee Judd Anderson at QB on the 2024 roster.

Because of a severe knee injury during training camp in 2022, Citizen never played a snap for Miami. Reports were that Citizen was progressing this spring. With Citizen and Parrish now in the transfer portal, Martinez or another RB is essential for Miami to add depth and hedge Mark Fletcher not returning for the beginning of the season.

Henry Parrish. . Henry Parrish. RB. player. Fifth-Year Senior. . 5'10 and 190 pounds. Henry Parrish. 2306

After leading Miami in rushing in each of the last two seasons, Parrish is the Hurricanes' most significant loss in the spring transfer portal. All of the other outgoing Miami transfers received limited playing time. Miami is down to Ajay Allen, Fletcher, Chris Johnson and 2024 signees Jordan Lyle and Chris Wheatley-Humphrey at RB.
