Miami football trending for three prospects with remaining June official visits

The Miami football program is trending for three prospects who will take their official visits over the next two weekends plus.

Four-star safety Amari Wallace will visit this weekend, four-star wide receiver Cortez Mills who will take his official visit with the Miami football program the weekend of June 21 and four-star safety Bryce Fitzgerald who will be in Coral Gables on June 23 are the June visitors trending to Miami.

Wallace is the third-highest ranked prospect taking an official visit to Miami this weekend. Five-star cornerback D.J. Pickett who is trending to LSU is also scheduled to take an official visit to Miami this weekend. Pickett's cousin Booker Pickett signed with Miami in the 2024 class.

Wallace is the 240th-ranked prospect, 22nd safety and 34th player in Florida out of Miami Central in the On3 Industry Rankings. Miami has a 95 percent chance for a commitment from Wallace per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Miami is the first of two scheduled official visits per his On3 profile.

Mills is the 105th-ranked prospect, 12th WR and 15th player in Florida out of Homestead. Miami has a 42.0 percent chance for a commitment from Mills per On3. Florida is second with a 16.9 percent chance for a commitment from Mills. Oklahoma is third at 11.6 percent. Every other program is projected below a 10 percent chance for a Mills commitment.

Fitzgerald will begin his visit on Sunday, June 23. Miami is the leader for Fitzgerald with a 59.3 percent chance for a commitment. Florida is a distant second at 26.3 percent. Fitzgerald will take his official visit to Florida this weekend. On3 lists Florida and Miami as the only official visits Fitzgerald has scheduled.

The 2025 Miami class is currently ranked 18th by On3. Miami has seven players committed to its 2025 class. The 2025 Miami class is 44th in the 247Sports rankings. The next few weeks are critical for the 2025 Miami class. Miami should gain several commitments coming out of official visits in the next two weekends.
