The Pinstripe Bowl line has continued moving throughout the week. The late-moving line has primarily been impacted by the changing Miami roster. Seven Miami starters and several reserves have opted out of the Pinstripe Bowl. Miami will be without 13 players who are entering the NFL Draft or transferring.

Center Matt Lee, left guard Javion Cohen and safeties Kamren Kinchens and James Williams opted out of the Pinstripe Bowl to prepare for the NFL Draft. Miami will also be missing starters, edge rusher Jahfari Harvey quarterback Tyler Van Dyke and wide receiver Colbie Young who are transferring.

Rutgers will be without 11 players in the Pinstripe Bowl who have entered the transfer portal. Cornerback Max Melton opted out of the Pinstripe Bowl for Rutgers to get ready for the NFL Draft.
