Jaquan Carlos started his collegiate career with three seasons for the Hofstra Pride. Following the 2023-24 season, Carlos announced he would transfer to the Syracuse Orange for his fourth season.
Last year, Carlos averaged 10.4 points, 6.3 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game for the Pride.
One weak spot in Carlos' game is his turnover-to-steals ratio. While he contributed 1.6 steals per game last season, he gave up 2.6 turnovers and committed 2.2 fouls per appearance.
