Ranking the projected starting point guards in the ACC for the 2024-25 season

Chucky Hepburn's stats from last season are far from the most jaw-dropping or astonishing out of the projected starting point guards in the ACC next season.
However, Hepburn's experience as a starting guard in the Big Ten does a lot to boost his stock as a player in his new conference.
Last season, Hepburn averaged 9.2 points, 3.9 assists, and 3.3 rebounds per game for the Wisconsin Badgers. He shot an impressive 42.9 percent from the field and has shown consistent growth over his three seasons of college ball.
