Rueben Bain was not going to get into a war of words with Texas A&M offensive lineman Trey Zuhn III or anyone else on the Aggies.
Bain, who was named an AFCA All-American earlier this week, is going to let his actions speak for themselves and hope that a higher power can sort out the Texas A&M bodies when he's finished.
Rueben Bain, asked about Texas A&M players' comments about him, smiled and said, "God bless those guys. They're just playing football the way they play it."

When Bain was pressed a little harder for a comment by ESPN's Andrea Adelson, he simply said, "I mean, God bless them....that's all".
It's a bit of a funny quote and not a big surprise that Bain had a chuckle about what Zuhn said and responded likewise. The message, however, was simple to understand — Bain will do his talking this Saturday and if Zuhn or any other Aggie thinks they can handle him, good luck.
What did Zuhn say about Bain?
The Texas A&M offensive lineman brought some color to what has been an otherwise pretty quiet buildup before the CFP first-round game by suggesting that Bain is not going to be a threat.
"I don't think he'll be a threat that we need to worry about too much," Zuhn said. "We have great players. We have a great offensive line, so we'll be able to handle him."
Now listen here, Zuhn is not some scrub. He was jiust named the co-winner of the Jacobs Blocking Trophy, which is handed out to the best blocker in the SEC. So this is going to be a great battle of strength on strength.
Trey Zuhn believes Texas A&M will have no problem slowing down Rueben Bain Jr👀

Bain is fully focused on Marcel Reed
Miami has had mixed results with quarterbacks that pose the sort of dual threat that Reed does. Bain wants to get into the pocket and try to make Reed uncomfortable, but he also acknowledges that the Texas A&M sophomore is a guy that can beat you with his feet.
"We've just got to come our with out 'A' game, because this is a very talented player we're playing. I mean he was in the Heisman race for a little while," Bain said. "He's a guy that can do it on his feet, in the air. He can control the game if you let him. "
