Several prospects who Miami has hosted for official visits and are high on the Hurricanes' board have commitment announcements scheduled in July. There are six 2026 prospects to watch through July 13 that have commitment announcements and are considering Miami.
Defensive linemen Bryce Perry-Wright and Nolan Wilson, edge rusher Prince Williams, offensive tackle Heze Kent, safety Blake Stewart and wide receiver Calvin Russell are all at the top of the board for Mario Cristobal and the Miami coaching staff.
Williams and Wilson are up first, with their commitment announcements set for July 4. The commitment announcement for Williams is at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time from Las Vegas, Bishop Gorman, as the Hurricanes look to continue to tap into the pipeline with the Gaels.
There is no 247Sports crystal ball logged for Williams, but On3 projects the Hurricanes with a 69.8 percent chance for commitment. Williams would be the second edge rusher to commit to Miami in the 2026 class after Asharri Charles last month.
