Miami remains the clear top team in the ACC after a bye week that saw both of the other unbeaten teams lose. The Hurricanes are 5-0 and 3-0 in conference play, and they are the only undefeated team in the ACC after Pittsburgh fell at home to North Carolina and Duke lost at Georgia Tech.

1. Miami (5-0, 3-0 ACC) | Previous: 1

There is no reason to move Miami down after the bye. The Hurricanes will be challenged as the season goes on, but as of right now, Wake Forest is the only game that made Miami sweat a little.

Pitt led 17-14 early in the fourth quarter, but allowed Billy Edwards Jr. to hit Shamar Easter for a 75-yard touchdown and that ended up being the difference. The Panthers had three chances to retake the lead in the final 10 minutes and failed on all of them.
