Miami had three players drafted on Day 2 of the 2026 NFL Draft. Carson Beck went No. 65 to the Cardinals, Markel Bell went No. 68 to the Eagles and Jakobe Thomas went No. 98 to the Vikings. Here's what those organizations are getting.

Arizona Cardinals select Carson Beck No. 65 overall

Beck made 43 college starts, and in his lone season at Miami he threw for 3,813 yards and 30 touchdowns after helping lead the Hurricanes to the CFP championship game. Beck finished his college career with 11,725 passing yards and 88 touchdowns across Georgia and Miami.

Arizona stayed put and made all seven of its original picks. The Cardinals used the No. 3 pick on Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, then doubled down on offensive support by taking Texas A&M guard Chase Bisontis at No. 34 and Miami quarterback Carson Beck at No. 65.

Arizona finished Day 3 with Southeastern Louisiana defensive tackle Kaleb Proctor, Texas Tech wide receiver Reggie Virgil, Iowa linebacker Karson Sharar and Ole Miss offensive tackle Jayden Williams.

Philadelphia Eagles select Markel Bell No. 68 overall

Bell is the tallest offensive lineman drafted in the last decade. Bell is 6-foot-9 and 346 pounds with 36 3/8-inch arms and an 87 1/8-inch wingspan. He started all 16 games at left tackle for Miami in 2025, did not allow a sack in 558 pass-blocking snaps, and earned third-team All-ACC honors.

Philadelphia moved up to No. 20 for USC wide receiver Makai Lemon, then added Vanderbilt tight end Eli Stowers at No. 54 and Miami offensive tackle Markel Bell at No. 68.

The Eagles also used the weekend to acquire veteran edge rusher Jonathan Greenard from Minnesota, sending the No. 98 pick and a 2027 third-rounder to the Vikings while getting Greenard and No. 244 back. They finished the draft with North Dakota State quarterback Cole Payton, Georgia guard Micah Morris, Texas Tech safety Cole Wisniewski, defensive tackle Uar Bernard and New Mexico edge rusher Keyshawn James-Newby.

Minnesota Vikings select Jakobe Thomas No. 98 overall

Thomas logged 76 tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, five interceptions, six pass breakups, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in 2025. He had a huge game against Florida State that earned him national defensive player of the week honors, and he was the Fiesta Bowl Defensive MVP in Miami's CFP semifinal win over Ole Miss.

Minnesota started with Florida defensive lineman Caleb Banks at No. 18, then traded down two spots with Carolina on Day 2 before taking Cincinnati linebacker Jake Golday at No. 51. The Vikings added Iowa State defensive lineman Domonique Orange at No. 82 and Northwestern tackle Caleb Tiernan at No. 97, then used the No. 98 pick from the Jonathan Greenard trade to take Miami safety Jakobe Thomas. That trade gave Minnesota another third-round pick in 2027 as well. Minnesota closed with Michigan fullback Max Bredeson, Stephen F. Austin cornerback Charles Demmings, Wake Forest running back Demond Claiborne and Cincinnati center Gavin Gerhardt.
