Miami wide receiver Xavier Restrepo and cornerback O.J. Frederique were named All-ACC by Pro Football Focus for Week 10 on Sunday. Restrepo was also named the ACC Receiver of the Week for the first time in 2024 after setting the Miami career record for receiving yards and tying the reception record.
Restrepo helped Miami rally from a 28-17 deficit in the third quarter in a 53-31 win over Duke. Miami quarterback Cam Ward and Restrepo connected for three receptions of at least 20 yards versus Duke. That included 34 and 66-yard touchdowns. The 66-yard TD was the record-setter.
Restrepo tied Mike Harley for the Miami career record with 182 receptions, passed Reggie Wayne and Santana Moss to become the all-time leader in program history with 2,573 career receiving yards and Ward tied Steve Walsh for the Miami single-season record with 29 TD passes.
Restrepo had one of the best games of his career. The 146 receiving yards were the third-highest total for Restrepo in college and his three TDs were his most. Six of Restrepo's eight receptions versus Duke went for first downs. Restrepo had four receptions for 94 yards and two TDs in the second half.

Restrepo had one of his best games of the season as Miami overcame Duke in Week 10. He averaged a season-high 3.95 yards per route run, turning 27 receiving snaps into eight receptions for 146 yards and three touchdowns."
Frederique continued his outstanding season for Miami. On a day when Duke QB Maalik Murphy threw for 325 yards, three TDs and three interceptions, Frederique was a true shutdown CB. Frederique finished with one tackle, one interception and two pass breakups per the official stats.
PFF credited Frederique with no receptions allowed on five targets, a 0,0 passer rating and a 78.2 coverage grade for his performance. A three-star 2024 signee, Frederique has far exceeded his ranking of the 779th best prospect, 67th ranked CB and 108th player in Florida in the 2024 class.
