Miami and Florida Gulf Coast are scheduled to tipoff at 9 PM ET. Arizona State and UCF start at 7 PM ET. Expect the Hurricanes to start closer to 9:30 as they will tipoff 30 minutes after the Sun Devils and Knights conclude.

Miami is having one of the best seasons in program history. The Hurricanes are the only team in the Women’s NCAA Tournament Field with wins over two number one seeds. Miami upset ACC Co-regular season champions Notre Dame at home in January and at Louisville last month.

The Fighting Irish won the ACC Tournament. Louisville is the top seed in the Albany Region and Notre Dame in the Chicago Region. Eight ACC teams are in the Women’s NCAA Tournament.

Clemson joins Miami and Syracuse in the Portland Region as the ninth seed. The Hurricanes are on the opposite side of the bracket from Notre Dame and Louisville.

Miami is led by the post tandem of All-ACC first team players Emese Hof and Beatrice Mompremier. Hof was also named the most improved player in the conference.

Hof and Mompremier are coming off outstanding games in the 92-85 loss to Syracuse. Mompremier led the Hurricanes 27 points and 10 rebounds. Hof had 25 and 10.
