At 6-foot-4 and 285 pounds, Brown dominates both sides of the line and earned MaxPreps Junior All-America first-team honors at offensive line after not allowing a single sack. Although, he often envisions himself as a defensive lineman at the next level. His athleticism and brute strength make him a legitimate force. According to On3, he’s among the top 10 national recruits in the 2026 cycle and boasts an elite frame with room to grow and refine. His performance at LSU’s elite camps garnered rave reviews about his power and mobility.
Brown’s X post isn’t a direct commitment, but it reads like more than mere flirtation. The Hurricanes have reportedly been among his top suitors. Brown’s hint elicited a stunned response from Miami commit Jackson Cantwell, who is the top recruit in the country. Cantwell has been open about trying to get fellow top prospects to come to Coral Gables, so while it isn't unique, it's still important to note.
According to his On3 profile, Brown took an unofficial visit to Miami on May 30, and has official visits scheduled to Texas A&M on June 13 and LSU on June 20. The Miami visit fueled his recent post and his upcoming trips will shed more light on his direction.
There was also a bit of other news circulating among Miami fans on social media. On3's Pete Nakos has put in his official prediction for former Miami QB Jake Garcia. Garcia was a 4-star prospect when he signed with Miami before transferring to Missouri and East Carolina.
