Pro Football Focus named Miami quarterback Cam Ward, wide receiver Xavier Restrepo, halfback (in their listing) Damien Martinez, tight Elijah Arroyo, offensive lineman Jalen Rivers edge rusher Tyler Baron, interior defensive lineman Simeon Barrow in their top 200 2025 NFL Draft prospects.

Barrow is the only Miami prospect in the PFF rankings not invited to the NFL Combine. Kicker Andres Borregales, linebacker Francisco Mauigoa and wide receivers Sam Brown and Jacolby George are invited to the NFL Combine but are not among the top 200 PFF prospects.

Ward is the highest-ranked Miami player in the "2025 NFL Draft Profiles: PFF's top 200 draft prospects." PFF projects Ward as the second overall pick to the Cleveland Browns after Colorado cornerback and wide receiver Travis Hunter, who they predict will be taken first overall by the Tennessee Titans.

Restrepo is the 49th-ranked PFF draft prospect and the seventh WR they listed. After being a three-star prospect out of high school, Restrepo set the Miami single-season reception record in 2023 and the career record for catches and receiving yards during the 2024 season.

Arroyo is the third TE listed by PFF, behind Colston Loveland of Michigan and Gunnar Helm of Texas. Loveland is the 31st overall TE prospect and seems certain to be the first drafted based on the PF projections. Helm is PFF's 75th overall prospect. Arroyo is 80th which makes it possible he could be drafted ahead of Helm.

Rivers is the 110th player listed by PFF. PFF lists Rivers as the 16th-best offensive tackle on their big board. Rivers played guard and tackle for Miami and received snaps at center during Senior Bowl practice last week. The 110th pick overall is the ninth slot in the fourth round and is owned by the Carolina Panthers.

Damien Martinez was a key part of the Miami offense in 2025. Martinez barely exceeded 1,000 for the season in the Pop Tarts Bowl loss to Iowa State. PFF ranks Martinez as the 125th prospect. The Jacksonville Jaguars own the 125th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, which is the 24th selection in the fourth round.

Baron is 144th among the top 200 PFF prospects. The Las Vegas Raiders and new head coach Pete Carroll have the 144th pick which is the fifth selection in the fifth round. After a hot start for Miami in 2024, Baron was not as productive over the final eight games. Baron needs a good NFL Combine performance.

Barrow was the only Miami player who earned first-team All-ACC in 2024. Barrow finished with 30 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, 1,0 forced fumble, 1.0 pass breakup and 1.0 pass defended. PFF ranks Barrow as the 148th overall 2025 NFL Draft prospect. At 6'3 and 290 pounds, Barrow showed excellent athleticism.

Miami is projected to have its most players drafted since 2017 when nine players were selected. If Borregales, Brown, George and/or Mauigoa are drafted, Miami can exceed their 2017 draft class. Expect Miami to produce bigger draft classes under Mario Cristobal.
