Former Miami quarterback Cam Ward is second in jersey sales among 2025 NFL rookies. The official NFL Shop posted a list of the top 10 rookie jersey sales to their Instagram account on Monday. Ward was selected first overall in the 2025 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans and will wear number one.
Jacksonville cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter, who was selected second in the 2025 NFL Draft and will wear number 12, has had the highest volume of jersey sales since the first round of the NFL Draft was completed on Thursday. Cleveland QB Shedeur Sanders, who was not selected until the fifth round, has the third-highest jersey sales.
The rest of the top 10 are Las Vegas running back Ashton Jeanty, Carolina wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan, QB Jaxson Dart and linebacker Abdul Carter (number to be determined) of the New York Giants, Green Bay WR Matthew Golden and tight ends Tyler Warren of Indianapolis and Colston Loveland of Chicago.
Hunter, Sanders and Ward have the disadvantage of playing in medium to smaller markets. The Ward jerseys sell for $129 in the NFL Shop. The top-selling Ward jersey is a throwback nod to when Tennessee was the Houston Oilers before moving from Texas in 1997.

Quarterback Caleb Williams of Chicago, who was second, and Jayden Daniels of Washington, who was fifth, were the only NFL rookies ranked in the top 10 in jersey sales in 2024 through October 31. Houston QB C.J. Stroud, who was the second pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, was first in jersey sales in 2024.
Stroud elevated Houston from 3-13-1 the season before he was drafted to a pair of 10-7 seasons, AFC South Division Titles, and Wildcard playoff wins in the last two seasons. Hunter and Ward will compete against Houston and Stroud in the AFC South. Sanders faces a difficult competition to be the starting QB in Cleveland.
