Five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys will visit Miami on Saturday, per Steve Wiltfong of On3. Keys is the top WR in the 2026 class and the third overall prospect in the On3 Industry Rankings. Miami will become the eighth program Keys will visit per his On3 profile page.
Keys has previously taken five visits to Mississippi, three to Auburn, two each to Alabama and Tennessee and one each to LSU, Texas A&M and USC, per On3. LSU received the commitment from Keys on March 19. The commitment to LSU surprised recruiting analysts.
Tom Loy of 247Sports recorded a crystal ball for Keys to Tennessee in October. Mississippi is projected as the leader for Keys, with a 30.6 percent chance of eventually signing him. Keys is from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Keys will take an official visit to USC the weekend of June 6, per On3 and LSU on June 20 per 247Sports.
Miami does not have a WR committed in the 2026 class. Four-star quarterback Dereon Coleman and three-star running back Javian Mallory are the only skill position players on offense committed to Miami in the 2026 class. Miami is young at WR with six players signed at the position in the last two classes.

Keys had 58 passes for 1,275 yards and 14 touchdowns during a breakout junior season in 2024. At 6'2 and 185 pounds, the scouting report from Charles Power of On3 on Keys states he excels on contest catches, has a huge catch radius and is a high-level ball tracker.
Keys plays basketball and recorded a high jump mark of 6'0 and had a 42'2 in the triple jump. Keys projects to be an impact player as a freshman. Mario Cristobal and his assistants have consistently provided freshmen a chance to compete for playing time during his tenure at Miami.
