5-star St. Peter's Prep offensive tackle Oluwasemilore Olubobola will announce his commitment live Tuesday on the Rivals YouTube channel. The New Jersey blue-chipper will choose between Miami, Notre Dame and Texas A&M. Rivals lists Olubobola as the No. 20 overall prospect in the 2027 class.

Miami is a finalist in the race for 5-star OT Oluwasemilore Olubobola

The 247Sports Composite ranks Olubobola as the No. 15 overall prospect, No. 3 offensive tackle and No. 1 player in New Jersey. 247Sports' in-house rankings have him No. 17 nationally, No. 2 among offensive tackles and No. 1 in the state.

ESPN ranks him No. 42 in the ESPN 300, No. 7 among offensive tackles, No. 8 in his region and No. 2 in New Jersey.

Olubobola visited Miami earlier in the spring and came away impressed with the Hurricanes' offensive line pitch.

The Rivals Recruiting Prediction Machine has Notre Dame as the heavy favorite at 93.3%. The Irish gained significant ground in the race after Olubobola visited South Bend in late April.

Miami already has offensive line commitments from Sean Tatum and Tyler Ford in the class, but Olubobola would be a different level of addition. He would give the Hurricanes a top tier 5-star tackle prospect and one of the highest-ranked players in the 2027 class.

Miami already has three 5-star commits in the 2027 class

Miami's 2027 class has three 5-star commits in the Rivals Industry Ranking: cornerback Donte Wright, wide receiver Nick Lennear and quarterback Israel Abrams.

Wright recently flipped from Georgia to Miami. He ranks No. 8 nationally, No. 2 among cornerbacks and No. 1 in California, per Rivals.

Lennear, a Miami Carol City standout, ranks No. 24 nationally and No. 5 among wide receivers, according to Rivals.

Abrams, a quarterback from Illinois, ranks No. 44 nationally and No. 2 among quarterbacks (per Rivals).
