The Miami Hurricanes got one of the more important offensive line targets in the 2027 cycle on campus with four-star lineman Jatori Williams checking out spring practice.

Williams is a former Alabama commit and has an official visit to Miami locked in for June 5-7.

Miami is in the hunt for 4-star OL Jatori Williams

Williams comes in at 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds and 247Sports ranks him No. 92 overall, No. 6 among interior offensive linemen and No. 4 in Alabama. The 247Sports Composite slots him No. 97 nationally, No. 7 at IOL and No. 3 in the state. Rivals has him at No. 151 overall and No. 7 at IOL, while ESPN places him No. 152 overall, No. 5 at offensive guard and No. 9 in Alabama.

Williams previously committed to Alabama on Sept. 29, 2025, shortly after the Crimson Tide's win at Georgia. He chose Alabama over a top 10 that included Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Georgia Tech, Ole Miss, Florida State, Mississippi State, Florida and Tennessee. Then, on Dec. 1, he backed off that pledge, feeling like he rushed the process.

Before the Alabama commitment, Miami was not in the top 10. After the decommitment, Williams trimmed things down again in February, and his new top nine consisted of Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, Miami, Missouri and Tennessee.

Williams lined up a spring run through Auburn on March 19, Georgia on March 21, Florida State on March 24, Miami on March 27 and Kentucky on April 10. He has official visits scheduled to Georgia on May 29-31, Miami on June 5-7, Florida State on June 12-14 and Kentucky on June 19-21. He also made it to the Junior Days at Auburn, FSU and Georgia back in January.

Miami, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida State and Georgia are the leaders in the race right now. Auburn and Florida are also programs still trying to make up ground.
