Newly leaked EA Sports College Football 27 ratings has the Miami Hurricanes looking like one of the most dangerous teams in the game, with five players checking in at 90 overall or better.
It should be noted that EA Sports has not publicly released the official College Football 27 player ratings yet, so these are leaked numbers.
Still, if the leaked numbers hold, Miami is going to be a nightmare to use.

WR Malachi Toney leads the way at 96 overall
The highest overall for a Miami player belongs to Malachi Toney, and it is hard to argue against it.
Toney led the nation and set Miami's single-season record with 109 receptions last year. He also set a program record with 1,211 receiving yards, led the ACC in that category and finished with 10 receiving TDs.
RB Mark Fletcher Jr. gets major respect going into 2026-27
Mark Fletcher Jr. checks in at 93 overall, giving Miami a back who should be one of the most useful runners in the game.
In 2025, he rushed for 1,192 yards and scored a team-high 12 rushing touchdowns. He also added 17 catches and two receiving touchdowns.
DL Ahmad Moten gives users an interior force when playing with Miami
Ahmad Moten earned a 91 overall. Moten is coming off a season in which he earned second-team All-ACC honors. In 2025, he logged 31 total tackles, including 20 solo stops, and added 9.0 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and four quarterback hurries.
Darian Mensah is one of the top rated QBs in the game
The most important rating for Miami fans might just be Darian Mensah at 91 overall.
Pairing the talented skill position group with a 91-rated quarterback in the game changes everything. Mensah arrived from Duke after earning second-team All-ACC honors.
WR Cooper Barkate makes the Miami pass game a cheat code
Cooper Barkate landing at 90 overall may surprise some fans who have not followed his career, but the number is not coming out of nowhere.
Barkate spent last season at Duke after beginning his college career at Harvard. In 37 career games, he has caught 185 passes for 2,848 yards and 21 touchdowns. He was a second-team All-ACC pick in 2025 and an All-Ivy League selection in 2024 and 2023.
That gives Miami two receivers rated 90 or better.
Miami has 5 players that are 90 overall or above
The official ratings may still change. Some players may move up or down before release. But if these leaked College Football 27 numbers are close to right, Miami will not just be fun to watch next season; they will be fun to play with in the game.
