Ai'King Hall, an elite cornerback from Dothan High in Alabama, has flipped his commitment from Oregon to Miami. Hall had been committed to the Ducks since April 6, making his Oregon decision last roughly six weeks before the Hurricanes pulled off the move.
Hall had two interceptions, both returned for touchdowns, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery during his junior season. Hall ran a 10.88 in the 100 meters as a sophomore and the speed component of his game is part of his appeal. He also plays wide receiver for Dothan High.

Prior to Hall's commitment, Miami already had five-star cornerback Donte Wright from Long Beach Poly, safety Jaylyn Jones from McArthur and cornerback Sherrod Gourdine from McArthur. With Hall now in the group, the Hurricanes have a solid future in the secondary.
Hall's flip comes just over a week after Miami pulled off another major defensive back win by flipping Wright from Georgia. Wright had been committed to Georgia since June 2025 before switching to Miami on May 9. He is the No. 30 overall player and No. 5 cornerback in the ESPN SC Next 300, while 247Sports has him at No. 10 nationally, No. 2 among cornerbacks and No. 1 in California.Â
