Miami holds No. 4 spot in Rivals Industry rankings after early July movement

Miami remains one of the nation's recruiting powers after the first wave of July decisions, holding the No. 4 spot in the updated Rivals Industry 2027 team rankings.

The Hurricanes are first in the ACC and trail only Texas A&M, Notre Dame and Oregon in the Rivals Industry standings. Texas A&M leads the country with a 94.003 composite score, followed by Notre Dame at 92.732 and Oregon at 92.454. Miami checks in at 92.387, narrowly ahead of No. 5 Texas at 92.160.

Miami has 20 commitments, including 3 five-stars, 12 four-stars and 5 three-stars. Texas A&M has 25 commitments, Notre Dame has 21 and Oregon has 24.

Miami's average rating is the strongest in the top 10

The Hurricanes' average recruit rating is 91.58, the highest mark among the top 10 classes in the latest rankings.

Texas A&M's class average is 91.38, Notre Dame is at 91.40 and Oregon is at 90.77. Ohio State, which ranks seventh overall, has a 91.47 average.

Miami is far and away the best recruiting team in the ACC

Miami is the only ACC program in the top 10. Clemson is the next-highest conference school at No. 15 with a 90.122 composite score, followed by Virginia Tech at No. 19, California at No. 22 and Georgia Tech at No. 24.
