The Miami Hurricanes have made contact with Villanova guard Bryce Lindsay, who just finished a productive season in the Big East after bursting onto the scene a year earlier at James Madison.

Bryce Lindsay has provided production at two different stops

At James Madison in 2024-25, he won Sun Belt Freshman of the Year and Sixth Man of the Year while also earning third-team all-conference honors. He averaged 13.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists, knocked down 87 three-pointers, broke JMU's freshman record for made threes and finished fifth in program history for freshman scoring average. He also led the Sun Belt in 3-point percentage at 40.8%.

That kind of shooting carried over to Villanova. Lindsay averaged 12.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 28.6 minutes per game. He made 78 three-pointers, shot 35.6% from deep and 77.1% from the foul line.

He dropped 22 points against BYU in the opener, scored 24 against Pittsburgh and finished Villanova's NCAA tournament loss to Utah State with 25 points while hitting 6 of 11 from 3-point range. He reached double figures 21 times last season.

Lindsay spent a season at Texas A&M prior to his break out at James Madison. He appeared in eight games at Texas A&M before transferring.

Louisville, Kentucky, St. John's, North Carolina, Kansas State, Texas Tech, Alabama, Providence, Ohio State, Vanderbilt, Texas, UCLA, Oklahoma State, Georgia, USC, Utah and Baylor are among the schools that have also reached out.
