Adam Booker, Miami’s redshirt-junior long snapper, has been named to the 2025 Patrick Mannelly Award Watch List, recognizing the nation’s top collegiate long snappers. This accolade adds Booker to a prestigious list of Hurricanes being featured in national preseason award watch lists leading into the 2025 season.

A native of Holly Springs, North Carolina, Booker transferred to Miami after serving as Charlotte’s primary long snapper in 2023 and 2024 — sitting out the 2022 season as a redshirt. His inclusion on the watch list follows multiple other Hurricanes players earning national preseason recognition: Carson Beck (Walter Camp Player of the Year, Maxwell Award), Rueben Bain Jr. (Bronko Nagurski), Anez Cooper and Francis Mauigoa (Outland Trophy), and Wesley Bissainthe (Butkus Award).
The Patrick Mannelly Award, established in 2019, honors the top long snapper in FBS football each year, with semifinalists announced by November 17 and finalists by December 1. The winner will be announced on December 13.
