Sean Tatum is out here sending dudes into new zip codes.

The Miami commit looked like a future star in his game last week for John Carroll High School in Fort Pierce, Florida. Tatum, a four-star prospect and top-10 ranked interior offensive lineman, had several highlights of him mauling these poor defenders from Centennial High School.

But the highlight that stood out was when the big man went around on a pull and sent the edge rusher into space.

Yeah, that looks like a player that Mario Cristobal and offensive line Alex Mirabal are going to have a lot of fun with over the next four years.

Sean Tatum is the sleeper in Miami's class full of superstars

The Miami Hurricanes recruiting class of 2027 is such a loaded group with five commits garnering five-star status. It's such a deep and talented group of prospects that it's easy for a player like Tatum to not get the fanfare that he probably deserves.

But make no mistake about it, Tatum is a stud and a big-time recruit. The 247Sports Composite has him as the ninth-best interior offensive lineman in the class and a top-20 player in Florida. He's also right there in Miami's primary recruiting ground of about 150 miles from the Coral Gables campus.

Tatum committed to the Hurricanes on April 10, choosing Miami over Florida, Auburn and Tennessee while other offers came in from programs like Clemson, LSU, Nebraska, Georgia and Florida State. He took his official visit in late May and made it clear that his recruitment was shut down completely.

"I think Sean is really a guy that Miami fans should be excited about. It's hard to find a better true interior offensive lineman. He's big, physical, he has a really wide body...technically sound. He checks a lot of boxes," Rivals/On3 Miami writer EJ Holland said.

When you look at Tatum's listed size of almost 6-foot-4 and 317 pounds, you think that this is a classic mauler on the inside, but check out the athleticism he has and the way he is comfortable when he has to kick outside.

For the first time since Cristobal arrived, the Hurricanes don't have an offensive line at the tippy top of the recruiting class, but that doesn't mean that the coaching staff hasn't continued to focus heavily on the guys in the trenches. Tatum is the second-highest ranked offensive lineman in the class, behind blue-chip guard Jatori Williams. Both players are expected to anchor the interior offensive line for the Hurricanes in the future. They might not be as highly ranked as Miami offensive line commits from previous classes, but there's a good chance that they will offer five-star results.
