Miami's 2027 recruiting class has reached 20 commitments and sits No. 3 nationally in the Rivals Industry team rankings.
Rivals included three Miami commitments in its list of the most impactful flips of the 2027 cycle: five-star cornerback Donte Wright from Georgia, five-star edge rusher Jaiden Bryant from LSU and four-star cornerback Ai'King Hall from Oregon. No other program had more than one player featured and Miami has been the cycle's biggest winner in flips so far.

Miami leads the country in impactful flips of the 2027 cycle
Miami has 20 commits, three five-star prospects and 12 four-star prospects. It ranks first in the ACC and third nationally in the Rivals Industry team standings. The Hurricanes also own the highest average player rating among the top seven classes at 91.58.
Wright committed to Georgia before his junior season and stayed pledged to the Bulldogs for nearly a year. Oregon and UCLA made pushes late in the process, but Miami closed the deal when Wright flipped in May. He is the No. 10 prospect nationally, the No. 2 cornerback and the No. 1 player in California in the Rivals Industry Ranking. Wright later returned to Coral Gables for an official visit and has said his recruitment is shut down.
Hall, the No. 1 player in Alabama, had committed to Oregon before Miami got him on campus. One visit to Coral Gables was enough for the cornerback to flip on May 17. Hall is ranked No. 91 nationally and No. 12 among cornerbacks in the Rivals Industry Ranking.
Bryant committed to the Tigers in January after LSU hired Sterling Lucas from South Carolina. The Gamecocks worked to get him back in the months that followed, but Miami stayed involved and brought the pass rusher back to campus for an official visit. Bryant flipped to the Hurricanes after that trip and has also shut his recruitment down.
Bryant is the No. 24 prospect nationally, the No. 5 edge rusher and the No. 1 player in South Carolina in the Rivals Industry Ranking.
