Miami quarterback Carson Beck came to the Hurricanes hoping for a fresh start after transferring from Georgia. It seemed at the beginning of the season he was going to get just that, but after losing to Louisville, throwing four interceptions, and blaming his receiver for the game-sealing pick, that may no longer be the case.

As Miami is facing SMU, Beck has struggled with just two touchdown passes and an interception, which really didn't help the flow of the game. Fans are starting to understand the frustration that Georgia fans would feel, and just like a new car smell wears off after some time, the shininess of Beck is starting to fade.

Miami fans are kind of over Carson Beck at this point

Right now in the ACC, Miami isn't really being talked about anymore as the team to win it all. Georgia Tech, Virginia, and even Louisville are looking like the teams to beat in the conference, and a lot of that is because of Beck's performance lately.

In the game against SMU, Beck certainly hasn't done himself too many favors with his play, and then looked incredibly frustrated on the sideline. Beck started out the season hot, but after the Florida State win, which in turn wasn't as big of one as people thought it would be, Beck has gone downhill on the field.

This fans kept it short and sweet on his feeling so Beck during this SMU game.

Right now, this game is tied 17-17, but it feels like the SMU Mustangs are still in good control of this game. They have been able to handle Beck adn everything he has tried to throw their way.

After the loss to Louisville, this feels like it is becoming more and more true. Beck gave every Miami fan so much hope at the beginning of the season, but now he is slowly taking that hope away.

Again, short and sweet. Beck, at this point, is completely out of the Heisman Trophy race, and Miami, especially if they can't win this SMU game, is about to be out of the College Football Playoff race.
