ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter reported shortly after the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Draft that Miami all-time leading receiver Xavier Restrepo is signing with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent. Restrepo will be reunited with Miami quarterback Cam Ward, who was the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Restrepo is part of a Tennessee rookie class that includes Chimere Dike from Florida and Stanford's Elic Ayomanor in the fourth round at WR. Tennessee has a deep WR corps that includes Calvin Ridley, returning after leading the Titans in 2024 with 64 receptions for 1,017 yards and four touchdowns and free agent signee Tyler Lockett.

Tennessee also signed veteran WR Van Jefferson as a free agent. Treylon Burks, who only played in five games in 2024 before a season-ending injury, is projected by ESPN as a starting WR for Tennessee with Lockett and Ridley. Ayonmanor, Dike and Jefferson are projected as the second-string WRs.

Colton Dowell, Jha'Quan Jackson, Mason Kinsey, Tay Martin, Bryce Oliver and James Proche are the projected third and fourth team WRs by ESPN on the Tennessee roster entering the 2025 season. Restrepo will have a lot of competition to make the Titans' roster.

Restrepo had one of the most productive collegiate careers at WR in the 2025 NFL Rookie Class. There has been some speculation that Restrepo's 4.83-second 40-yard dash caused him to fall out of the 2025 NFL Draft. Heisman Trophy winner and former NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Robert Griffin III said Restrepo's 40 doesn't matter.

Griffin III also called Restrepo "A QBs best friend for moving the chains." The familiarity Restrepo has with Ward should help him during rookie minicamps and into training camp in July and August. Undrafted to late-round slot receivers have frequently thrived in the NFL.
