The Miami Hurricanes continue to build their 2026 offensive line prospects with the upcoming official visit of four-star interior offensive lineman Tommy Tofi. Scheduled for June 20, this visit will be crucial in Miami's pursuit of one of the nation's top offensive lineman.

Tofi, a 6-foot-7, 350-pound lineman from Archbishop Riordan High School in San Francisco, California, is ranked as the No. 6 IOL and No. 127 overall prospect in the 2026 class, according to On3. His size and athleticism have drawn comparisons to former Oregon lineman, and current Detriot Lions offensivle tackle, Penei Sewell (Current Miami head coach Mario Cristobal and offensive line coach Alex Mirabal were both a part of Sewell's recruitment to the Ducks).
Tofi's visit to Miami follows an unofficial visit on March 29. In addition to Miami, Tofi has scheduled official visits to Oregon, Utah, Cal and Tennessee. His top eight schools include Miami, Oregon, USC, Cal, Ohio State, Utah, Tennessee, and UCLA.
Miami's recruitment of Tofi is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the offensive line under Cristobal and Mirabal. Cristobal's west coast recruiting ties established during his tenure at Oregon have been instrumental in attracting talent like Tofi to consider Miami.
Jackson Cantwell and Keenyi Pepe are names in the 2026 class that have also become clear targets for the offensive line. Cantwell will decide between Miami, Oregon, Georgia, and Ohio State on April 30th. While at Alabama for four seasons, Cristobal secured Cam Robinson (No. 4 player in 2014) and Jonah Williams (No. 17 player in 2016). Both players were five-star recruits. Not to mention Francis Mauigoa who currently plays for Miami was the No. 6 ranked player coming out of high school in 2023.
Scouting reports praise Tofi's strength at the point of attack, quick feet, and lateral mobility. The Hurricanes have already received commitments from four-star OL Ben Congdon, 3-star IOL Joel Ervin and 3-star IOL JJ Sparks in 2026. If Tofi and Cantwell were to be added to that list, Miami would be set on the offensive line for years to come.
