Miami has emerged as the slight favorite for four-star offensive tackle Keenyi Pepe out of IMG Academy. The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine projects Miami with a 35.0 percent chance of a commitment for Pepe. USC is second at 30.6 percent, with Georgia a distant third at 10.0 percent.

Pepe is the 69th ranked prospect, 11th OT and sixth player in Florida in the 2026 class according to the On3 Industry Rankings. In addition to competing against the elite players in practice everyday at IMG Academy, Pepe played in the Polynesian Bowl and Under Armour Game as a junior.

Pepe grew up in Los Angeles, but has been at IMG since eighth grade. With Miami and USC, the decision for Pepe will be a decision to remain in Florida or return home to L.A. Pepe has official visits scheduled for Miami the weekend of May 30, Georgia June 13 and USC June 17 per his On3 profile page.

At 6'6 and 330 pounds, Pepe already has impressive size. Andrew Ivins the Director of Scouting for 247Sports, stated Pepe is a "towering offensive tackle that flashes in pass pro with his quick feet and smooth kick slide." Pepe is graded as a five-star prospect and top 10 player nationally in the 2026 class in their rankings.

Miami currently has the 12th-ranked 2026 class nationally and the second-best one in the ACC per the On3 Industry Rankings. Interior offensive lineman Joel Ervin and J.J. Sparks committed to Miami in the last week. Miami also has a commitment from four-star OT Ben Congdon on the offensive line.

With Mario Cristobal as head coach and Alex Mirabal as the OL coach, Miami has made the trenches a priority in recruiting. Right tackle Francis Mauigoa is projected as the first first-round OL from Miami under Cristobal and Mirabal in the 2025 NFL Draft.
