We've hit June and that means it's time for some odds to be released.

FanDuel has just released its full allotment of Week 1 odds and the Miami Hurricanes are a big favorite in their Friday night contest against Stanford as expected. Even though they will be on the farm three time zones away from home, there was enough comfort in what the Hurricanes will be this season to make them a 21.5-point road favorite. There aren't many road favorites in Week 1, but Miami is by far the biggest.

The bigger news is that DraftKings not only released Week 1 odds, but also released its "Games of the Year" odds. Miami appears a few times, as expected, but the one that sticks is the Hurricanes being a 16.5-point favorite over Florida State.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.

Miami is expected to put a beat down on FSU in October

There's a very good chance that FSU will be limping into Hard Rock Stadium much like they did two years ago, when the Hurricanes probably could've beaten them by a thousand, but kept it kind and the 36-14 allowed the Seminoles to leave with a shred of dignity. Last year there was a lot more fanfare because FSU got off to a hot start, but Carson Beck lit up the Seminoles secondary for four touchdowns and the Hurricanes got a big lead before giving up some points in the fourth quarter and leaving with a 28-22 victory.

Mike Norvell will be fighting for his job if he hasn't gotten fired yet, but I doubt the Seminoles will be fighting for him. They haven't over the past two seasons and there's nothing happening in Tallahassee right now to think that anyone wants to see him survive past this season. It would be in Mario Cristobal and the Hurricanes' best interest to put Norvell out of his misery and run FSU off the field. Miami will be going for its third straight win in the series and seventh out of the past 10 games.

Miami is an early road favorite against Clemson

Two weeks before the Hurricanes host FSU, they'll be in Death Valley to take on the Clemson Tigers. The early odds have Miami as a 7-point favorite as it will try to win at Memorial Stadium for the first time since 2010. Clemson has won four of the past five meetings, but Miami took the most recent game, a 28-20 decision at Hard Rock Stadium.

It's the second year in a row that quarterback Darian Mensah will play Clemson in Death Valley. Last year, he threw for 361 yards and four touchdowns to lead Duke to a 46-45 win over Clemson for the Blue Devils' first win there since 1980. And wide receiver Cooper Barkate lit the Tigers secondary up for 127 yards and a touchdown on six catches. There's no reason to think that history won't repeat itself this year with those two guys now playing for the Hurricanes and the oddsmakers agree.
