Barrow played his first three seasons at Michigan State, where he developed into a consistent and impactful presence on the defensive line. In his freshman season he played 10 games and recorded 34 total tackles, four tackles for loss and three sacks. In his sophomore year he played in 12 games, logged 40 total tackles, nine tackles for loss and four sacks. His junior year was more of the same as he again played in 12 games and had 36 total tackles, six tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks.
During his time for the Spartans, he appeared in 34 games and amassed 110 total tackles, 19 tackles for loss, and 10.5 sacks. He earned two All-Big Ten honorable mentions.
Barrow transferred to Miami for his final college season. He immediately became a key contributor, starting all 13 games last season. Barrow recorded 30 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, and a forced fumble, earning First-Team All-ACC honors.
Despite his collegiate success and wealth of experience, Barrow went undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, his performance caught the attention of the Atlanta Falcons, who have given him a chance to continue his dream of playing in the NFL. At 6-foot-1 and 283 pounds, Barrow has good athleticism for his size but the measurement of his arms — 32 and 3/8 inches — is on the shorter side and could limit his production at the next level.
The University of Miami had a strong showing at the 2025 NFL Draft with seven players drafted. Other UDFA's include Xavier Restrepo, Jacolby George and more.
