The Miami Hurricanes 2025 spring game isn't just a showcase for current players — it's also a magnet for high school talent. This year's visitor list was stacked with promising recruits and current commits from the 2026, 2027, and even 2028 classes.
2026 Prospects
Leading the pack is five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys from Mississippi, currently ranked as the No. 4 player nationally in his class. Joining him were wideouts Jase Matthews and Cameron Oxendine. Quarterback Edward Jordan was also in attendance, along with running backs Javion Mallory (committed) and Henry Ohlinger. The offensive line prospects included verbal commit Joel Ervin and Canon Pickett. On defense, linebackers Jordan Campbell (committed), Karon Maycock, Justin Edwards, Malik Morris, alongside defensive linemen Freddie Wilson and Kendall Guervill. The secondary had cornerbacks Jaelan Waters (committed), Chauncey Kennon, and Brody Jennings.
2027 Prospects
The 2027 class brought a lot of talent, particularly at wide receiver, with Jacob Thomas, Khamarian Young, Amir Mcbryde, Nicholas Lennear, Anthony Jennings, and Sean Thomas. Defensive line prospects include Javion Herrington, Jamar Thompson, Trevoris Finley, and Deven Robertson were there. Linebacker Theo Wilson Jr. was also on campus. The secondary was represented by cornerbacks Kenton Dopson, Jaden Carey, Sherrod Gourdine, T’ari Miller, Amare Nugent, and safety Damari Jerry.
2028 Prospects
The 2028 class also got in on the action with wide receivers Leroy Torriente-Thomas, Tromon Isaac Jr., and Tyree Mannings making the trip. Defensive lineman Meshi Dobson, linebacker Steven Moore, and cornerback Amir Sears round out the youngest group of visitors.
Miami's coaching staff, under head coach Mario Cristobal, is clearly focused on building a strong foundation for the future. By bringing in such a diverse and talented group of recruits, and a number of commits from the 2026 recruiting class, the Hurricanes are positioning themselves to be a force in the coming years.
