How much is too much for the Miami Hurricanes?
We may never know after Mario Cristobal is done with this recruiting class. Five-star edge rusher Jaiden Bryant joined five-star cornerback Donte Wright as major Hurricane flips over the past few weeks and don't think for a second that Miami is going to stop chasing blue-chip talent. Another big name that was in Coral Gables last weekend was five-star linebacker Kaden Henderson. He left campus without making a commitment, but that doesn't mean the Hurricanes aren't on his mind.
As a matter of fact, Henderson told Steve Wiltfong that he had a great time on his official visit to Miami and the Rivals/On3 vice president of recruiting believes the Hurricanes are in a great spot to land the top in-state prospect with Notre Dame and Texas A&M trying to stay in the race.

"Now Miami is in a position where they can get real greedy if you add Kaden Henderson to AJ Randle and Noah Glover — those were three of the most sought-after linebackers in the land. They have two of them committed and Henderson told me his OV was amazing," Wiltfong said.
That completely checks out with all the other reports that have come out of Henderson's visit and one of the big reasons why the subsequent commitment of Glover shouldn't make anyone think that Miami has decided to move on from the Tampa Jesuit product.
"He has talked in the past about Corey Hetherman's defensive scheme and the way linebackers can flourish under Hetherman's tutelage. It was another fun experience for Henderson at Miami," Wiltfong added.
Miami's tremendous recruiting class can only get better with 5-star LB Kaden Henderson
The Hurricanes are rolling on the trail. Cristobal and staff have secured top-level talent at nearly every position and this group will challenge for the best class in the country. Beyond the recent news with Bryant, there have also been the additions of Glover and Randle at linebacker and four-star recruit Jatori Williams on the offensive line and four-star cornerback Al'King Hall, who flipped from Oregon. It never seems to stop around here.

Henderson would be another significant part of this machine that Cristobal wants to build to compete for championships in the next decade. Last year, the Hurricanes were a great story and made a magical run from being the last at-large team in the CFP bracket to playing in the championship game. Along the way, Miami won on the road at Texas A&M and knocked off defending champion Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl.
But Cristobal doesn't want a nice story. He wants nice trophies, and he wants as many of them as the trophy case at the football operations center can hold, whenever that building is completed. Miami football took over in the 1980s by building the best rosters in the sport and then going out and whipping everyone that stood in its way. This class will be the beginning of the next takeover.
